Returns

You have 14 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition

  • The item must be in its original packaging

  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect.
If you need to exchange an item for the same product, contact us at info@housegadgets.ca within 14 days of receiving your order.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong product, contact us immediately with:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the item and packaging

We’ll make it right as quickly as possible.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Items marked as final sale

  • Gift cards

  • Items showing signs of use or wear

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method

  • Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider

Original shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Return Shipping
